Please schedule the appointment for a date far enough in advance that you can receive all your documents and finish getting yourself organized.
We will charge you if you keep calling to reschedule.
(Naturally, we will not charge you if you are calling to confirm or change the appointment that we set up for you in the mailers you got in January's mail.)
(Note: We will contact you with the address when your appointment is confirmed.) Mailing instructions: To send us something that requires signature verification, please send it via UPS or FedEx. You are welcome to call our office to get the street address and and arrange for it to be charged to our UPS account. If you send it certified or registered via U.S. Postal Service, we must stand in line at the Post Office to pick it up. Please note, you will be charged for the time we must spend in line - especially if we must do this during tax season. NO EXCEPTIONS. (We have been putting this request into all our correspondence and newsletters for over a year, now.)
